Culture in Quebec

Quebec is a really interesting mixture of cultures. You of course have the largest French population outside of France, but you also have a large mixture of immigrants from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, & Africa providing elements of their own culture. There is a thriving art scene comprised of many talented young individuals.
