Cute Scarf!!!!

I really could see this selling as a scarf and could totally see it being worn all over by all different types of women. However, I feel that as a tie, it would be specifically marketed to one group of males (being hipsters). As a New Yorker, I could see men wearing it here, but as a former Pittsburgher, I don't think I know one male who would wear it. It would be a great piece for a female.
